How to delete your Spacelift account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Spacelift account, you can do so at any time — directly from within Spacelift, or by getting in touch with our team.

Delete your account from within Spacelift

The quickest way to close your account is from your phone:

  1. Open Spacelift on your device.

  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.

  3. Scroll down and select Delete account.

  4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from Spacelift, in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you signed up with Apple, Google or Facebook

You can still delete your Spacelift account using the in-app steps above — it doesn't matter which sign-in option you originally chose. Deleting your Spacelift account removes your information from our systems.

If you'd also like to revoke Spacelift's access to your Apple, Google or Facebook account separately, you can do that from each provider:

Apple (Sign in with Apple) On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple, choose Spacelift, then tap Stop Using Apple ID.

Google Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Spacelift, then choose Remove access.

Facebook On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Spacelift, then select Remove.

If you'd rather we handle it for you, email us at help@spaceliftapp.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We'll confirm your request and remove your account within 7 days.

Before you delete: a few things to check

  • Cancel any active subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, so please cancel yours via the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Deleting your Spacelift account on its own won't end a subscription.

  • Save anything you'd like to keep. Download any Project Packs, designs or scans you'd like to hold on to — once your account is deleted, we can't recover them.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved garden designs, scans and preferences from Spacelift. This action cannot be undone.

A small amount of information (such as transaction records) may be retained for a limited period where we're legally required to keep it — for example, to meet tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
